BBB Great West + Pacific (GWP) serves businesses and consumers across Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Western Wyoming, and the Denver Metro area.

Let your BBB Partnership Manager know of any updates, such as leadership, address, or billing changes.

If your partnership scope or structure changes, BBB will send an updated MOU addendum for review and signature.

Promotion & Visibility

Use the BBB Partner Logo (included in your Activation Kit) and tag BBB GWP in social media or event promotions.

BBB GWP Social Media:

Email is the simplest and most effective channel. Let your members know about the partnership and that they can receive a discount on BBB Accreditation with approval.

To activate the discount, members can use your unique discount code during the online application process.

Yes! Use the approved logo, copy templates, and visual guidelines found on the Marketing Materials Page. Send any co-branded materials to Partnership@thebbb.org for a quick review before publishing.

Collaboration & Content

Absolutely! BBB welcomes collaboration on webinars, events, and content campaigns that build trust and local business growth. Contact your Partnership Manager to plan and align timing, goals, audience, etc.

Send success stories directly to your Partnership Manager. BBB often features local business spotlights or joint content that demonstrates trust in action.

Yes. If you would like a representative from BBB Great West + Pacific to speak at your event (in-person or virtual), contact your Partnership Manager or email us at Partnership@thebbb.org.

We can review availability, event details, and the topic that best supports your audience, such as building trust with customers, strengthening your online reputation, understanding the BBB seal, or reducing business risk.
